Most people picture themselves sitting on the beach drinking a cocktail until the sun sets when they think of vacation. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this since vacations are meant to be relaxing. Body and mind need a break once in a while.

That being said, some of us can’t seem to get away from exercising.

Walking or jogging on the beach, swimming, biking or playing beach volleyball are great ways to stay active on your beach vacation.
